Welcome to Motherhood

Motherhood is life's most precious gift and it starts from the moment we make the decision to grow our family. Most women want to feel prepared and confident for a healthy pregnancy, gentle postpartum and joyful parenting experience. The problem is that our healthcare system in the US isn't setup to support women in a holistic way. As a result, women are left connecting the dots by Googling what can be unreliable information or being underprepared for this season of life altogether. Motherhood is life's biggest, most important milestone. This isn't the time to "wing it." It's my goal that you don't have to!


As a Mindful Maternity Coach, my goal is to support you every step of the way through 1:1 virtual support, self-paced tools and in-person services. Whether you're getting ready to pop or you're in the early season of motherhood and want to feel more empowered about this new role... I've got you covered.

Because every woman is unique and her family dynamic is also different, all my packages are customizable to fit your needs. Packages begin with a discovery call so we can connect and chat about the goals you want to achieve and how I can support you.

I'm Pregnant, now what?

Normally, we start thinking about the nursery and all the baby things to buy. This can be really fun, but don't forget the key details that will help you have a successful start to parenthood.

  • Learn how to support your little one for good sleep from the start
  • Learn how to care for your newborn and look out for key milestones
  • Buy the essentials that will actually support your family's lifestyle
  • Make decisions like choosing the right pediatrician and creating your birth plan
  • Have a sounding board person that has your best interest every step of the way

I hear postpartum is hard! What can I do to prepare?

Postpartum planning is an area that often gets overlooked, but mama's care is just as important as the baby's. Most women don't have their first medical care visit until 6 weeks postpartum, but there is a lot of wellness that she needs from birth through the first 42 days. Lack of self-care increases mama's risk for perinatal mood disorders and what should be a sacred window of healing can become even more depleting.

  • Learn how to properly nourish your body with a diet that fosters healing and stock your kitchen pantry appropriately, based on Ayurveda.
  • Help your body heal from child birth through the right body care like Abhyanga and practicing breast and perineal care.
  • Learn mindful practices that will empower you to feel calm and rested every day.
  • Learn the basics of newborn care including how to practice gentle infant massage to bond with your baby.
  • Learn how to breastfeed and increase/maintain your milk supply.

I'm already a mom and I need help finding my rhythm!

Look, motherhood is hard! In our modern day world, being a woman means we wear a lot of hats and sometimes it can feel a little overwhelming. I've been there!

  • Learn how to set yourself up for success each week with my mini-course, Sunday Prep for Success, which is offered in a group session or 1:1.
  • Learn how to incorporate mindfulness into your daily lifestyle with parenting tools that lead with love to feel more calm and centered through toddler turbulence.
  • Meet other moms that are in the same season of motherhood. Hearing, "Hey, me too!" sometimes is just the thing we need to hear.
