Well, let's put it this way...can you find information online? Yup. But is it always vetted and accurate information...absolutely not! As a mom of 3 myself, I know how much I learned every single time and I also know how much time goes into researching with Internet searches and reading book after book. I have done the work for you and its' all in one place! The Pregnancy Library is the resource I wish that I had so I could save myself time and feel well-informed every step of the way. The Pregnancy Library is like having a best friend that gives you the lowdown on everything you need to know...but it's practical AND evidence-based. The peace of mind you'll get from The Pregnancy Library alone is worth it, I promise.
Absolutely, yes! This is a valuable resource whether it's your first baby or fourth. The prenatal yoga, the holistic nutrition tips, the pregnancy affirmations, and even the guides on how to prep older siblings are just some of the things that would come in handy for a 'repeat mama'.
There's the short version- but I'm going to give you the long version of my story. First of all, I'm a mom of 3 kids who are my absolute world. I left Corporate America after baby number 2 to devote my energy and attention to raising my littles. Through that journey, I spent a lot of time researching and learning how to simplify the things in life that create common stress for new and expecting parents. I also realized how time restricted most people are and how challenging it is to get accurate information that is actually helpful. Textbook information is great, but if it's hard to apply to real life, then what's the point? I know how precious early parenthood is and also how easily stress can creep in to rob new parents of the joy they've been waiting to experience for so long! That's why it became my mission to create tools and resources that would help new parents feel confident and educated from day 1. Pregnancy is the beginning stage of parenthood and there is a tremendous opportunity to help expecting parents feel informed and equipped for the months ahead!
I'm a Pregnancy and Postpartum Coach, Author of Expecting: A Pregnancy Journal and yes, I'm a mom of 3 amazing children on a mission to enjoy every bit of this parenthood journey and help other parents do the same!
